CompanionLink is licensed as traditional PC based software. You buy it once, and own it forever (perpetual license). It is sold on a per-user basis. A user is defined as person with a unique owned set of records. If you want all your contacts to go to all of monday contacts then that is one-user - "all". If you want five people's separate contact lists to go to five user lists in monday.com then that is five users. CompanionLink offers quantity discounts so feel free to contact us if you need more than 10 user licenses.

If you really like subscriptions, you can purchase CompanionLink Pro as a subscription that bills once every three months. Most people buy CompanionLink as a one-time perpetual license.
